Biden does not have the power to hand over US sovereignty to anyone. He can choose to follow WHO dictates, but the authority to do so is vested in him by the US Constitution. Any future President can choose for themselves to follow WHO dictates or not to.

Treaties require a 2/3 vote by by Senate. I highly doubt they get close to 2/3. I could be wrong.

I honestly don’t know how they would do it. If they put economic or military sanctions on us, I can see the Biden Administration tell the military to confiscate them. Whether they comply is another matter…
