Great grandparents lived there. Owned a house and 40 or so acres along the red river. They passed away and my grandfather rented the house out to some locals. They lived there a couple years and it was all good. The next tenants were not so good so he got upset and sold the place along with the mineral rights! In the Haynesville shale. His attorney bought it for cheap. Slimy bastard
