There’s a lot of duplex type and small number apartment complexes in those areas, could be one of those
I’ve seen a newer trend in east side that will have a building that looks like a house from the outside, but they’ll build the house to Have external entrances into each room connected by the common area, and roommate match people. Could be some gray area that this is fitting into which could be the reason the info is mixed

Are those the duplexes being built south of down town on Lamar? Or are those refurbishing?
