Absolutely agree with this. One of my best friends from my school days is now a gay high school English teacher. He's never been to any 'pride' crap, has never dressed in rainbows, and deleted all of his social media when he became a teacher because he doesn't want his students to know anything about his personal life. He isn't trying to evangelize his lifestyle to kids. The dude in OP obviously is.
