Teachers inviting kids into secret, don't-tell-your-parents "LGBTQ clubs" to tell them the awkward and uncomfortable feelings all kids have as they grow and mature and learn about the world means they are gay or trans and that identity will be at odds with their parents acceptance of them -- this is absolutely "forcing beliefs" through emotionally manipulative means.
