Explain the opt out to me please.

All kids will be vaccinated or they will sign the opt out which essentially sends them home from school every time there is 2 cases in the school and they cannot be active in any teams or groups. There will always be two cases in every school at anytime.

When they return, if two more cases show up the next day, they are back out of school again. This goes on until they get vaccinated.

I also assume there is NO consideration for prior infection. There is also the irony of the Flu shot NOT being mandatory even though 1) Flu is actually dangerous for kids
2) it probably is at least as effective as vaccine from preventing infection. I’m not sure what the vaccine actually does for kids since it doesn’t prevent spread and the kids have extremely mild symptoms w/or w/o Covid vaccination.
