Losing FL did not hurt so bad

I knew it would be a hard game to win because of the competetion level in the SEC. Losing by 30 is what really stings.
Do you count the last two scores because LSU was doing things like on-side kick and going for it on 4th down. Things a team would NOT do if the game was closer.

True, although if LSU holds on 3rd and 3 they get the ball back while it was 20-14. Game slipped away quick

Back went the seminoles where bad it was "play though the whistle". The game is over when time expires! Having back-ups in the game you want to tell them not to play hard? Not try to score? Practice sure is long! Each second counts in a game.

For me, it's easier to deal with the 30 point loss.
A close loss in the final seconds hurts so much because you actually had a chance to win the game, and you just keep thinking what if on a couple of kep plays in the game.
With the blowout, I just figure the way things went down, we had ZERO chance, so it's a bit easier to handle.
What sucks though, is the humiliation of having your team lose by 30 points, and Florida fans having that to hang over our heads til next year, at least.

The loss to FLA didnt kill me nearly as much as our epic defeat last season against Arkansas.
The Arkansas game took forever with senior day and the overtime action. Then when we lost, everyone in the whole staduim just stood there stunned, about to cry. No one really tried to leave quickly and that got to me too.
From the start of the last overtime to the time I actually got out of the stadium seemed like some sort of warped, slow-motion eternity in loserdom.
