Yes. Eli Ricks, a cornerback on an okay team at a top 20 program (LSU) realized he could do a little better by joining a great team at a top 3 program (Bama).
NIL won't kill college football like people think but there will be a learning curve

Things that should hurt draft stock (Kenny Pickett bailing on Pitt's biggest bowl game since 1982, for example) haven't been. This won't either.
