How long can a shrimp etouffee stay in the fridge,

before it's not safe to eat? I made it, this past Saturday.

Depending on how cold you keep your fridge, I'd say you're getting close, but still safe.

The key is to smell it. If it smells like etouffee, I think you're good.

But I've never had food poisoning.

The third day is just when it is getting good.

It'll last Sunday to Saturday as long as it is cold. The shrimp are cooked so they won't go bad very quick.

It doesn't last that long in my house though.

in my house, seafood doesn't last as long in the fridge as pork or beef.

Mine either not because it goes bad but because we eat the hell out of it.
