Just goes to show the ranking systems are sht actually. Only 9? The way they swear by their rankings that's low as hell.

It means that the rating company has roughly a 30% accuracy clip on projections 3-5 years out from the draft. Considering the amount of things that can go wrong in 3-5 years, I'd say that's pretty good.
