Bad luck for them that LSU got manhandled against UF. LSU's offense is going to come out on fire, with something to prove, and is going to shove the USC D-Line around. Look for Charles Scott to have a breakout game.

Our D may still be suspect but USC is not equipped with playmakers to take advantage of it, the way UF was. This game gets ugly quickly and stays that way.

Bad timing for the ol' ball coach.

I agree. I think the score will be close because JL will probably F-Up and turn the ball over once or twice - but we will own them.

i hope you are right norfolk

As the week goes on I'm leaning more towards our oline will be pissed that they got bent over. They will come out on fire and with a point to prove and pound usc. Also I hope the d has seen what happened to them and the dline stops being overrated and makes some plays. I kept waiting for it last week but they never did it but maybe now with a week of seeing how shitty they played they correct this.

as the week goes on im getting a little more confidence back in the team. I think what we saw from our oline saturday wont happen again. They hadn't appeared to be bad until uf. Unlike the d line i don't believe they are overrated.

not likely against their defense. Nobody is going to roll over just because LSU comes to town.

Well I see it a few ways..

either

1) They do come out as you say fired up ready to go and play the game of the year.
2) They do come out fired up and pissed and over-pursue and etc. and let their anger get the best of them.
3) Instead of pissed off of fired up theyre still depressed and deflated from the UF game.

Who knows? I know Ole Miss beating UF was the worst thing that could have happend to LSU.. it may or not be the same for SCar vs LSU.

or

4) The coaches ride the players asses all week to correct the mistakes made against Florida, because after all, the scheme and gameplan were right, but the execution was wrong, and for a fourth game, we get to see poor matchups, confusion, and no pass rush. Then we just hope that the offensive line can actually perform the way they are vowing to perform, because we will need Scott and Co. running the ball and controlling the clock

I don't care how angry your team is your offensive line is not going to push around our defense. We are big, strong and physical up front. LSU might win, but you are deluding yourself if you think LSU is going to roll into Columbia and destroy USC. You guys are not as good as last year, and LSU has yet to impose their will on anyone.

actually our oline imposed their will all over the aubarn d. aubarns 0 might suck but their d is still a very good d.

As of now I think the UF game was just a one time suckfest for the oline.

I really find it hard to believe that the pretend USC has a better defense than Florida. We're talking about Florida's 5 star defensive athletes as compared to USC's 2 star mediocrity. USC may have bigger guys, but in the SEC speed and athletic ability trump largess, just ask Ohio State.

usc's d is for real. I still think our oline will be ok and they should bounce back strong from the uf game. Im way more worried about our d.

i have yet to see that from our d and motivated or not unless the scheme changes we will see 0 pressure and 0 turnovers.

I have seen our oline dominate though so that will not surprise me.

Well at least they can't look any worse than they did Sat. I agree they will look better than they did Sat. I don't know if this team has the horses to blowout any SEC team.
