I guess "frick Chris Paul" or "frick Jae Crowder"

Jose Alvarado is an undrafted 5'11" backup PG that was on a two way contract 3 weeks ago and is making barely more than the minimum, and is one of the nicest, hardest working guys you will ever hear from.

Chris Paul is a 38 year old player with a history of...finding any edge he can, within the rules or not. I didn't hear much of FCP chants though.

Jae Crowder is a 6'9" 240lb 10 year vet that is kind of universally considered by every fanbase to be a bitch. You'd kind of expect it.

The stat line shows all the Suns players, not just CP3 lol.

The Pelicans defensive rating with Jones on the floor is a 117.4.

The Suns should be scoring, even without Booker. They are a 1 seed, the best record in the league, and a hyper-efficient halfcourt team.

Acting like Herb isn't a great defender for a 2nd round rookie is pretty weird.

As a whole I wouldn't say the Pels defense has been particularly good, outside of Herb and spot minutes from Jose. The rest has been spotty.

I never said he wasn't lol. Just funny when you look at the stats based on the narratives from talking heads.

And its funny when you look at one stat with no context. Fg%

Herb is 5th in deflections this year and 5th in contested 3s per game.

Where has phx been struggling this series? From 3? Wonder why...

Phoenix is shooting less than 20% on wide open 3s in this series.

That's because their buttholes are clenched tight fearing where Herb or Jose are. Sad.

No they aren't. They're shooting 37% on wide open 3s.

They were shooting 10% on wide open 3s prior to Game 5.

They shot 37% on 3s total in Game 5. Theres no way that percentage jumped by 20%.

I get his beef with the voting and analytics and all but here’s the thing, 9 times outta 10 (or better) the analytics will back up what the eye test sees. Analytics to me are a way to explain the eye test with numbers. I am more of an eye test guy myself, but it is always very easy to find the data to back up what I am seeing. Maybe if you have a broke eye test and think someone like booker is top 5, you will have an issue with analytics bc he is not even top 20 according to them.

Agreed. Eddie likes to tout that he doesn’t block people or back down from people on Twitter, but he blocked me because I told him that if I wanted to hear people argue for an entire show I’d just watch someone who’s way better at than him like (Stephen A or Skip).

For the record, I avoid those shows like the plague

Which is by design. You think Phoenix is gonna run CP3 and have him iso on Herb Jones on every possession?

Which is proof he is a good defender? lmfao

You can’t say Suns are shooting well on him because he’s overrated but that people aren’t shooting on him with volume because they want to avoid him
