You don’t need an Uber to either park, nor would I recommend it, especially going to Wrigley.
Plenty of hotels in River North, Streeterville and along Wacker in The Loop. No matter where you stay, you’re likely walking distance to a Red Line station — can get to either stadium from there.

This is what we did. Stayed 1-2 blocks off Michigan Ave and Wacker Dr. Took the red line to Wrigley (poor planning had White Sox on the road while we were there). And everything else was pretty much in walking distance. We would walk to dinner, but uber back to the hotel
