When we bought our house in Oct 2012, we saw family pictures in the house of the sellers. They had two kids around 7 and 9 years old.
At the closing, which was the first time we ever met, once we were done and were making small talk, the wife asked us that once we open the pool next Summer, if the kids could come over and swim because their new home didn't have a pool and they were really gonna miss it.
Uhhh, awkward ask...
