Also seems to be an inverse correlation with income. They don't want to pay alimony.

The correlation is simply upbringing and divorce. People with a good upbringing are more likely to receive an education and become some sort of professional. They’re also more likely to expect their marriage to work. Probably because their parents’ marriage did.
