Both already are. Parler was essentially exposed as a honeypot, and Truth Social isn't ready. The resistance is already set up and working on Gab, which fills a niche that even a Free Twitter isn't going to really touch.
I wouldn't bet against Elon.

Truth social is going to take time to get going. They all did. FB started out as a campus thing
