Green Mussels are awesome

Had a pack in the freezer. Boiled some potatoes, onion, and garlic in crab boil. Tossed in the mussels for a 10 minute soak with some frozen corn.

Hands down best bang for your buck with seafood. Very underrated.

Lol. You did say best bang for your buck with seafood. Free fish is pretty bang worthy

Agree 100%, they are very underrated. Cook them in some butter, garlic and white wine for a real treat.

Try mixing mayonnaise, garlic salt, and black pepper. Spread it on frozen green mussels and throw on the grill. Cook till the mussels are done and mayo is caramelized. Good eating!!!

I found them at the Asian Supermarket bon Florida. They are the New Zealand greens.
