There's plenty of transparency in the actual CDC metrics. Currently Philadelphia County is in a "Low Risk" area with only 2.6 hospital admissions per 100K and 55 cases per 100K

However, the Philadelphia Dept of Health has their own metrics, and one of them is this nugget

No caveats for number of cases, just straight percent increase

Damn. What happens if the cases rise from 2 to 8, a 300% increase? Forced jabs?

Philly went from like 90 cases to 150

That’s why they brought masks back

IS that 2 people to 3 people or 50K to 75K. Numbers matter. Percentages are used when you are trying to hide the real numbers.
