One loss and everybody is jumping off the Les Miles has big balls bandwagon. You people suck and I am getting tired of hearing about it. The guy is a good coach who has lost 7 games in 3 and half seasons coaching here. Wait until he loses 5,6,7 games in a season before you jump all over him. I am really starting to hate a lot of LSU fans and their pathetic attitude.

It wasn't the Arizona St. game. It was the monday night game with Tennessee. Before the game he was fixing his headset and clearly asked that question. I just wanted to know why, that's why I asked it on his radio show. With a national title and 3 11 win seasons, 3 top 5 finishes, I wouldn't care now if he asked where's the restroom or who's on first.

I wouldn't say I hate the fans, but the rant has been the worst I've ever seen it this week. The negative comments aren't even like "funny" absurd anymore. They're just ignorant. I try to content myself with the idea that people are just acting like assholes on purpose, or maybe they're just bored at work and trying to get a rise out of people, but that's getting harder and harder to believe. The truth might be that a lot of these fans actually feel entitled to win every game every year and win a national championship with no mistakes ever being made. If they came on to the scene in the last 5 or 6 years, I guess I can understand where they're coming from. We've been really good. Case in point, on Monday after the Florida game, one of my students at LSU said that we should just quit and start practicing for next year since this year was a wash. Was he joking? I'm not sure. He was probably 9 years old last time we had a losing season. That's the problem.

As far as I'm concerned, you compete every week. You root for your team win or lose. You set your sights on getting to Atlanta and representing the West and as long as that is still possible you are sky high. If it's no longer possible you say all-right, ok, well, let's go kick the shite out of these guys anyway because we're LSU and they should remember that. And, next year, when we are the better team, they'll say 'Damn, these frickers were tough even when they sucked. We're in the shite now!'

But we don't suck and the truth is quick and simple: You win some you lose some and that is never going to change. Deal with it. And in all honesty we now win a hell of a lot more than we lose. It hasn't always been this way nor will it always stay this way. So enjoy it.

In fact, the best way you can insure it NOT staying this way is by being an idiot and running off good coaches. By acting like a bunch of pricks who think they know more about college football than a college football coach or even a player. By loving them only when they win and trashing them when they lose.

But what can you do? The world is full of idiots and free speech. As mentioned; you win some, you lose some.

So here's my free speech:

Geaux Tigers! Geaux Players. Geaux Coach.

I've got your back, when you need me and when you don't.

No Chuck, I don't.

As far as the "Where's my Wife?"...one of the weakest attempt ever by rantards to want to fire Les Miles. After we lost to TN in '05, everyone was ready for him to get gone and you know how rantards do...find ANY excuse they can. Before the game started, Les was on camera looking around the stadium. He was talking to someone on the headset and you could read his lips clearly..."Where's my wife?" It was his first home game and he wanted to know where she was sitting and rightfully so.

Some rantards (and I wish I remembered who)believed he wasn't focused on the game because he was looking for his wife. It wasn't just rantards...people on the radio were getting on him about it, claiming that his mind was enevr on the game.

Sorry...I didn't figure I needed to reference that quote, but it has been three years. That's the story, though...sounds just like something you'd expect to read on the rant.

I agree about the TEAM.....GEAUX TIGERS...
I seldom can go to a game..but have been a season T holder since '69.......
but one can not follow "blindly" or fail to question management (coaches) as that will only lead to a downfall. It is the vigilance that helps maintain top performance.
