And y’all acting like guilty plea by a clinton lawyer is no biggie. Happens all the time, im sure.

Yeah, the black pill addicts are desperate for this to go nowhere, but despite their prayers at night that this go south, it's snowballing into more and more against the defense, and I'm not just meaning Sussmann.

Cates last night, when asked if Attorney-Client privilege applies when crimes involving both are at stake:

It's also worth mentioning that Durham filed a motion seeking to compel Perkins-Coie to produce 1400+ documents. P-C's defense is that those are protected by AC privilege.

Durham countered that of the 1400 emails requested, only 18 involve attorney-client matters of any stripe. If one reads between the lines, it's reasonable to infer that Durham already knows what's in the emails, he's just giving P-C a chance to play ball. They're clearly refusing, so I'm imagining the noose will tighten.

Skepticism here is quite understandable BUT one thing I keep thinking about is if there was nothing of consequence in this mess, Durham would have pulled the plug by now for risk of being seen as an utter failure in the annals of history. I doubt this is something he is ok with.
