I would absolutely buy a house in Kenilworth/Magnolia Woods or Concord Estates/Stratford Place if working at OLOL.
Stratford place is exceptionally cheap b/c black people live back there. It's AMAZING value and no more crime than Kenilworth(the congress apartments don't count).
