Good until you have a serious problem. I work for Ochsner. It's not comparable. My VA doctor is always some 70 year old that takes the job for 2 years then retires.

We have a friend in Alabama who has had bladder cancer for several years. The VA he goes to has tried a different protocol on him and he's still alive several years after his "sell by" date. He says the treatments are unpleasant, but the cancer hasn't spread to other organs and is under control and shrinking.
