I buy my heirloom garden vegetable seeds from Amish. My kids learned in college classes GMO vegetables have not been around long enough to see long term affects of eating this stuff. Especially GMO corn stuff that they put in all food: high fructose corn syrup,

Exactly. Goodness people. There are ‘ancient’ varieties with gluten also…The varieties that grow the best and easiest just happen to have gluten, so they are more popular.

Gluten doesn’t mean they are ‘bad’ for you. I mean unless you can’t eat gluten. But for everyone, doesn’t matter.
