A few things :
1.
I’m confused by this because I didn’t think any hrc server stuff was ever in front of a judge
2. As for evidence, at a minimum both PA and WI courts have found and ruled that violations occurred, those are undisputed
3. As for recusal , read 28 USC 455 for grounds.
Is this a reasonable request. I’m guessing not right off the bat. Perhaps this helps with rulings or pisses the judge off. Many of the judges, since appointed for life, have a very high sense of self importance.

The standard is "in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned." The man owes his lifetime seat to the Clintons who, as defendants, are sworn enemies with the plaintiff, Trump. If that doesn't constitute a reasonable circumstance for questioning impartiality, no such circumstance exists.
