Jesus Christ. The guy is throwing to Ronald Curry and Javon Walker. One of his OLinemen might be a decent NFL starter. Despite this he has only thrown two picks on the year.

This is from the stupid QB from LSU.

I don't think anyone will really know until he is able to play for a team with some receivers.

Quite frankly he looked like he did in his first start against Oregon St. LOST, but he will come around, just give him a little time, just like we need to give to Jarrett Lee.

No way... he just has no support. He has what it takes if you surround him with the right people. No QB can perform well in the conditions he has been put in. Give him Eli's team and he'd win a Super Bowl.

A bust?

Dude you are such an embarrassment to the LSU fanbase. People like you are the reason players often times are told not to go to LSU.

The dude has nothing around him. The team just fired its head coach. A coach is calling offensive plays the first time for the year. His best receiver is coming off injury. The others are horrible. The OL is horrible.

Is McFadden a bust for only getting 30 or so yards on a Saints defense that usually gets gashed?

I wouldn't quite go that far. He chunked up some real crap against the Saints today. I do think he has the tools to be a very good QB, but he needs the cast around him as well as alot of work.

and a HC, and a OLine.

He and McFadden are the only thing that O has had going for it all year.

Their D isn't better.

Sadly their Cap situation looks like they'll be screwed for the next 5 years.

Troy Aikman was 1-15 his first year - here are his stats:
Year Team G Att Comp Yards TDs Int Rating No. Yds. Avg. TD F
1989 Dallas 11 293 155 1749 9 18 55.7 38 302 7.9 0 6

He went on to the Hall of Fame

Let's wait just a bit longer to judge JR

Oakland WRs dropped 7 passes today. I heard the CBS analysts say it.

I think Davis has destroyed the morale of the team by his constant meddling. It seems that JR and Kiffen had developed a good working relationship and then he is booted. JR needs a lot of patience and work but he has all the tools to develop into an NFL quarterback.

If he wasn't playing for skeletor he'd be doing much better. They don't have a coach and skeletor sign players who aren't any good to 55 million contracts.

His best bet is to hope they cut him this year and he will go to another team.

I doubt McFadden does anything while he's there as well.

It's a sad, sad situation in Oakland...

Or until he is able to put touch on a pass to a wide open receiver. He missed two receivers who were wide open for touchdowns. I think his cannon of an arm is to his disadvantage right now, but whenever he does develop that touch he is going to be unstoppable.
