Berry needs to fricking DH, so his bat never leaves the lineup. Enough is enough.

What is the point now? Scouts know who he is. The DH is universal now. Just embrace it. Of course watch him prove me wrong now that I've said it.

Oddly enough, benching him for a defensive sub that blew a squeeze bunt and our DH striking out his last three plate appearances made a lot of difference in the outcome of this game

He made two 9th inning defensive replacements. Both of those spots in the batting lineup came up in extra innings with a runner on 3rd and one out.

Would have been nice to have a top MLB draft pick and the SEC’s leading RBI guy from last season to swing the bat in those spots.

It’s amazing that Johnson will sub out our best hitters for freshmen but keep in Jobert who has not hit well at all of the last 3 weeks. All because he says you can’t win in the SEC with 3 LH hitters in the lineup. He needs to focus on being able to beat LA Tech first.

I have to agree. I said it a week ago.

I read that Johnson (seemingly) wants to keep Jobert at DH because he's a left handed hitter but Berry is a switch hitter.

The lineup needs some tweaks.
