I paid out of pocket to decorate my office. Yeah I could have had white walls but I don't expect my damn company to pay for me to have a bunch of hand shaped turkeys on a string around the room. I don't get why they think they should be paid to decorate when they don't have to.

Being paid to decorate =/= paying for decorations
Look, kids learn better in a comforting, welcoming environment.
We should not want our schools to look like prisons.
