Taz and my boy Vernon Hamilton will be the assistant coaches. V played 4 years at Clemson and had a stint with the Cleveland Cavs before going overseas. Honestly, I wouldn’t be shocked at all if Wade doesn’t back channel some game prep and scouting help to the coaches just because he will want to see the players succeed.
While under a bit different circumstances, it is what he did during the 2019 tournament; so I wouldn’t be shocked if he did again. However, unlike last time, we won’t ever find out about it or it be confirmed by anyone that he is helping.
