Advertise that places like Zachary, Prarieville, or Covington offer a good quality of life, solid schools, easy access to gulf coast beaches, and almost no winter weather.
People in Louisiana do not understand how bad LA education is. Other states outside of basically MS will not be impressed by those areas. They will also be horrified by the state of education across LA when they realize people in LA actually think that is what is considered excellent.
LA’s main problem is that there is not a culture of valuing education in the family structure. It isn’t a money problem it is the typical household truly doesn’t value it. Standards are just so low.

A bit of an assumption there. Louisiana has some amazingly shitty schools in shithole parishes, but they have some great schools in great parishes. Problem with LA is that there are more shithole parishes than great parishes.
