They need a war not necessarily a nuclear war as it would take them out but a war that would cause enough casualties to rebuild the world in a NWO.

I think they want a proxy war that drags out between Russia and Ukraine. The government will keep sending taxpayer money to any terrorist organizations in Ukraine that will fight any Russian influence and the Russian military. The government wants Ukraine to be as chaotic as possible. They want to bleed Russia as much as they can and make Russia quit. The problem is the conflict borders Russia and they have a history of throwing bodies in any conflict.
I think the Russians might have the belief that the American military might travel through Nato countries and invade Ukraine. This might negate nukes because a nuke that close to Russia could destroy themselves. So a Russian invasion is possible.
This sounds batshit crazy but you can't reason the lunatics in DC. This is why they wanted Ukraine to be a Nato member so that they can take out Russia.
