Another one who totally misses the point. This is not a normal hire where the coach has to justify his continued employment after 3 to 4 years. It will be entered into with the full understanding its a temporary fix so that a coach is not hired under looming sanctions and does not spend his first couple of years with a limited roster and likely a tournament ban.
