BR driving range

What are the options for the public in BR?
Will be in town for the day tomorrow and will have a large gap between sporting events, so my son and I would like to get a few swings in.

Drive 30 mts to Zachary and go to Beaver Creek. The best public practice area in the BR area for sure. Not even a close second.

Lsu has a range. Greystone has a range. The old Sherwood Forrest has a range. Depending on where you are in town

This is the right answer.. but if you’re in south BR this could be nearly a 40 minute trip depending on traffic.

Yes we are South end of BR. If I were by myself I would probably make the trip. Looks like Santa Maria it is.

??????????????. The city of Baton Rouge doesn’t have a single half decent range. For a city it’s size it’s an absolute disgrace! The Siegen one has sat empty since NAM. Top golf is your only option.

The Legacy is its new name.. And they installed lights so its open later..

Do not hit off the mats there..

You can definitely hit off those mats, you just have to find the soft spots.

Legacy (old Sherwood CC) is open from 8am-10pm.

They lit the range late last year:
