Siberian Husky
Incredible breed if you live in colder climates. Good with family. In fact the Husky's were originally bred by nomadic tribes to keep the kids company and entertained. The work/sled part of their breeding was in conjunction with that.
Down side is they are extremely social and not a good idea to leave them alone in the house. Because they are so social they are prone to separation anxiety and will tear everything up. Not a good dog for the south in the summer..
