The Rittenhouse case is completely different. First, it was obvious case of self defense. Second, it was clear case prosecutorial over-reach. This case wasn’t self defense and the prosecutors recommended a lesser sentence because he “didn’t intend to kill him”….but isn’t that the definition of the laws/sentencing guidelines for manslaughter?
