We're on #3 since the US invaded Iraq, and that's not including severe interference in the stans

We invaded Iraq without UN approval
Afghanistan had full support of the UN (which included Russia and China). The OG Iraq had full support of the UN, too.
The Balkan conflict had full support of the UN
So you have to go back to what, Grenada in 1983?
