Like I said, the day that we ACTUALLY REQUIRE NATO countries to ACTUALLY come to our defense, we have already lost.
9/11 was a terrorist attack, not a full scale invasion of the United States of America.

Cool. Other than aliens, there will never be a full scale invasion of the United States. Just like there will never be a full scale invasion of China, Russia, or India for that matter. So you can sleep ok tonight, none of the NATO countries will touch you.

Minimize their individual contributions all you want. But non-US NATO forces took 1/3rd of the casualties in Afghanistan.
