Zero booz allowed on UF campus

Any Tiger fans out here becareful tomorrow. Just asked a cop at Gator City and he told me no beer, no alcohol, no glass, no cans, no cups. WTF. We are just going to go to Gator City and drink all day and watch the games before heading I the stadium. Those that go the traditional route keep it on the DL and bring hell!

The Reveille had a pretty good article today about enforcement. Sounds like it's zero tolerance off campus and "more focused on halting larger offenses, such as kegs" on campus.

Like I've said on here before, if you drink AT a tailgate, you're fine regardless if it is in some McDonald's cup. The only No-No is walking around campus with a drink. Stay in one spot and you're fine, trust me. Technically we ARE a dry campus, like many others, but it is not enforced unless you are clearly walking around campus with an open container.

Friday. 2006. LSU at FL. I met a couple at some random strip mall restaurant on Friday nite. They invited us to their Saturday tailgate. Very near the stadium. Drank all day 'til game time. Never saw a cop. Not one.
Flask in waistband. Mixed drinks in bathroom. Didn't draw attention to myself. No problem.
My seats were on the Florida side; 40 yd. line, halfway up, lower bowl. Be nice, be discrete, don't act like you're at Pat O's. You will be OK.
