We are pot committed for a trip right after the kids get out of school in May. DVC points rented and paid for, park tickets purchased, etc.

We have been to Disney many times. Wife and kids (no pics) have been a couple of times since COIVD started, but this will be my first.

I don't mind the crowds if the price is right.

I don't mind the price is the service is good.

I have a huge issue with high prices, crowds, and low service.

I'm kinda hoping that this trip opens the wife's eyes. She is a fangirl of the highest order.

Most of the great employees over the years were lifer employees, retirees looking for something to do, and the college program.

The lifers are all gone and replaced by lower paid employees. The retirees are still staying away, scared by COVID. And the college program is helping but it's not up to normal yet.

Same here.

Spoke with a couple lifers, some still employed and some recently retired.

That’s their concern. The hard core Disney cast members are being replaced by folks who don’t really care.

Disney also slashed their benefits too. The amount of passes they received was greatly reduced.
