You haven't been to the Prairieville Winn Dixie since they had the management change. The new management brought in "their people", and it's gone downhill.

I would consider Publix a Tier 1 store and Rouses as Tier 2. They are good but they just don’t quite have all the little stuff that Publix does.
Winn-Dixie here is usually pretty good and clean with an above average wine selection.
