Hispanic women emerge as big winners in Texas GOP primary
When the dust clears after the May 24 runoffs, as many as 8 Latinos — including 6 women — could be Republican congressional nominees.
Republicans have long argued that Donald Trump’s gains in majority-Hispanic South Texas were not a one-time deal and, instead, the beginning of a larger trend.
The primary results on Tuesday night proved they’re right.

Hispanics are religious and love family. Two things the Demoncrats are trying to ruin.

Yes, especially due to the fact they are Catholic and anti-abortion. But wouldn't you know I married the only Baptist Mexican? I told her when we met, is that even possible?

I’ve never bought the idea that Hispanic people would remain lock step with the Dems. There values just don’t match up. Even the guy that wrote a book about eventual demise of right due to minority demographics says the math has now changed. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Democrats eventually turn against immigration from the southern border.

They don't have a plan C. Even though they hate Asians, Asians will vote D, but there aren't enough of them. Abortion and democrat policies stunt the growth of the black population. Meanwhile, they're just letting Latinos come across, but once the Latinos are actually citizens (the next generation, born here) we realize they are actually republican. The Dems can't do anything right, except to get black people to vote for them, but you could argue even that is slipping year after year.

From 1968 through H.W. Bush’s presidency, California was a red state – ‘68, ‘72, ‘76, ‘80, ‘84, ’88 – but as the demographics changed, so did the voting. In 1986, Reagan granted amnesty to 3 million illegals giving them a pathway to citizenship, which also allowed for mass chain migration. The GOP hasn’t won California since 1992. And it’s never been more blue than it is now.
Cubans are the only subgroup of Hispanics that vote majority Republican. Unfortunately, among Hispanic subgroups, Cubans make up the smallest percentage at around 4%.

It’s white libs and blacks who turned California blue. Hispanics in Cali are about 58% registered Ds and not very heavy voters (less than 50% likely to vote).
37%/32%/32% identify as liberal, middle of the road and conservative in that order.
Latinos aren’t all the overwhelmingly liberal even in CA.
Stop blaming Latinos for Calis problems

Closer look at the candidate in this picture. Gentlemen I give you Mayra Flores.

California's hollywood/left wing culture turned it blue. Also their welfare state attracts the lazy immigrants.
Texas's pro business culture attracts people who want to work.
Texas Hispanics and California Hispanics are very different, just like the respective white groups are different.
Unfortunately, the Texas white demographic is changing also.
If Texas turns blue (which I dont think it will), the cause will be from liberal suburban white women and their cuckold husbands and tranny kids.
Hispanics have been flocking to the Republican party while white women are leaving. The recent election polling bears this out.

I’m well of aware of historically that this is the case. But I have eyes to see what is happening NOW. Take a look at Trumps inroads in 2020. It undeniable that there is a dramatic shift happening despite the history you site.

Discussed earlier this week.
The notion that the Hispanic vote can never flip is BS.
The rank and file of the GOP has far more in common with Latino Catholics than this demographic with coastal liberals.
The pendulum on that vote is swinging.
