When I heard him testify that he shot because he thought he heard the BF shooting, and it came out he was shooting because the shots he heard came from other officers; I thought he was done

Also wonder how much it helped him that he testified on the stand that he was put into a situation where he had no details about the situation. Layout of the building, that there was an apartment on the other side of the wall, how many people were present...
