The proper term would be “to whom”
But since you ask…they are a nuisance to the people that they destroy their feeders, stands, etc.
Not saying I would do it, but maybe the best thing to do is to shoot one in the leg if you see it and let it run off. We had 1 on camera last year for the first time ever and he ripped the bottoms off two feeders.
