LUS Environmental Fee??

In Lafayette, my past two monthly garbage service bills were $34.22 each. This is just for standard service no bulky waste. Seems very high. Is this normal?

It went up maybe 3 bucks. Bulky items are part of the package I think. Just call when you have them. I think that is higher than many municipalities. I am not sure how much of that is related to recycling costs. Also not certain what the environmental fee is for.

Mine has been about that much for 2 years
