This. If I had to guess I would guess that Kim got upset at a player for missing an assignment and Sylvia was arguing that it was a different player's assignment based on where / how they were pointing.

Also, I would like to see that poster refer to her as "fat sister" in her presence. I am sure it wouldn't go well.
