Destroy a few American cities bring about a surrender of the US financial system and scare the hell out of the world and install the new prison of the one world government!

Not sure about the nuclear part - but the own nothing part in on their website and there’s a book written about the great reset - they don’t want you to even own clothes

The OP thinks there is a group of people, spread out in the world, who want to have a nuclear war for the purpose of population control. They have kept this a secret, even though tens of thousands of people would have to know about it if they want to protect their relatives and close friends.

I don’t think it will be nuclear but they will do a massive cyber attack and economic collapse. The west has to be destroyed in order for the great reset to be successful. When everything goes to shite the NWO will come in and save the day. Only then will you own nothing. We have to get to the digital dollar and social credit first before that happens.
