Going to buy a cow from brother in law. Looking for a slaughterhouse that will vacuum pack a d quick freeze within a reasonable distance.

I'd not heard of this. Interesting facility.
Their website says that all meats come from McNeese's own farm. So that won't work for me.

I know there’s one in Eunice associated with the superette. I think Gillis meat market also does full service processing.

The meat they sell is from the farm. They do commercial processing. I bring them animals from time to time. Next best bet is Elliot's slaughter house in Morse.
