One of the countermeasures to such raids is the effective organization of the protection of facilities, including a network of radar and optical observation posts and mobile groups with anti-aircraft guns and searchlights in the vicinity of refineries and other similar facilities.

At the same time, a symmetrical response should be implemented against the enterprises of the so-called Ukraine, on the territory of which such facilities continue to function. It is also important to note the importance of destroying transport infrastructure - in particular, railway and road bridges.
