Whenever I fall off and try to get back to healthy habits I find setting and accomplishing smaller, shorter term goals keeps me motivated. I try to take baby steps as well. I'll change 1 meal or routine at a time instead of just jumping all in at once. Make sustainable changes instead of crash diets.
