Everyone knows how this works.

Next Thursday and Friday, they will clear out the underpasses and the NOFD will go wash them out.

Homeless will return a few days later.

Then, about 4-5 days before the Final Four, the city will do it again.

They always do it right before big events.

Rest of the time, they don't care.
