This is a classic case of someone making a good point but going about it the complete wrong way.
The city is stupid, but the baws with parks and parkways making 10 dollars an hour don’t give a shite. They’re just doing what they’re told.

Wish they’d be told to do regular garbage pickup. Or clean out the drain basins. Or fill some potholes.
